Our Concrete Weight Coating Plant performs external concrete weight coating application on anti-corrosion coated pipes. This is required on coated pipes designed to be laid on swamps or offshore locations. The goal is to provide mechanical protection and negative buoyancy to prevent floatation or displacement of the pipeline.

Our plant is Fully automated in operations, it is suitable to handle pipe diameters of between 3”-56”(87.5mm-1422mm) and provides high coating speeds that is equally matched with repeatable coating quality.
