OUR MOBILE FIELD COATING PLANT
Our mobile coating equipment, which include sets of surface preparation and coating application equipment, are custom-built and are used to coat pipelines, both onshore and offshore locations as well as for short runs of line pipes in the field or remote sites. Our blast machines are custom-built and based on clamp-shell devices configured for vacuum or turbine blast with grit recovery. These mobile coating equipment with clamp-shell systems are employed for induction heating for fusion bond epoxy (FBE) powder and liquid epoxy application. This system provides PE/PP on pipelines.
